摘要
对云南某沉积型高铁一水硬铝石型铝土矿进行浮选脱硅试验研究,考察了磨矿细度、矿浆pH及捕收剂用量等对浮选脱硅效果的影响,在磨矿细度为90%(-0.074 mm粒级百分含量),pH为9.5,捕收剂用量为700 g/t的试验条件下,采用“一次粗选两次精选一次扫选”闭路试验流程,浮选精矿产率82.30%,氧化铝含量为57.26%,二氧化硅含量为4.23%,精矿铝硅比为13.54,氧化铝回收率为89.03%,浮选效果明显。
A flotation desilication experiment was conducted on the sedimentary high-iron diaspore bauxite in Yunnan.The influence of grinding fineness,slurry pH value and collector dosage on flotation desilication efficiency was investigated.Under the test conditions of grinding fineness of 90%(percentage of-0.074 mm grain size),pH value of 9.5 and collector dosage of 700 g/t,a closed circuit experiment was conducted using"one rough selection,two fine selections,and one sweeping".The flotation concentrate yield was 82.30%,the alumina content was 57.26%,the silicon dioxide content was 4.23%,the aluminum silicon ratio of the concentrate was 13.54,and the recovery rate of alumina was 89.03%,with obvious flotation effect achieved as well.
