摘要
针对铝电解烟气净化系统能耗高,排放达标难,劳动强度大等卡脖子问题,配合净化工艺新技术,研发了新型氧化铝料控除渣技术,水平重力溢流分料技术,新鲜循环氧化铝混合下料系统,实现氧化铝物料的自平衡分配;开发了多参数智能控制系统,在对净化系统进行自动监测、数据汇总及自动分析处理的基础上,自动判断系统运行情况,进行自动调整控制,实现了烟气与物料的自平衡分配与均匀混合、高效反应与低阻力分离,在有效提高烟气净化效率的同时,减少了系统能耗,降低了劳动强度。为电解烟气净化系统智能控制系统提供了技术方案。
In response to the bottleneck issues of high energy consumption,difficult satisfaction of emission standards and high labor intensity in the aluminum pot fume scrubbing system,and in conjunction with the new purification technology,we have developed a new type of alumina material control and slag removal technology,horizontal gravity overflow and separation technology,as well as a fresh circulation alumina mixed feeding system,thus realizing the self-balanced distribution of alumina material;A multi-parameter intelligent control system has been developed,which can automatically monitor,summarize data and analyze the scrubbing system.Based on this,the system's operation status is automatically judged,so automatic adjustment and control are carried out,thus achieving self-balanced distribution and uniform mixing of fume and materials,highly-efficient reaction and low resistance separation.While effectively improving the pot fume scrubbing efficiency,it reduces system energy consumption and labor intensity,thus providing a technical plan for the intelligent control system of the pot fume scrubbing system.
