油-盐柱成型技术制备球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体

摘要 以碳化法生产的拟薄水铝石为原料,配制成均匀的酸性溶胶,经油-盐柱成球工艺形成凝胶小球,再经焙烧制得球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体。采用N_(2)吸附-脱附、NH_(3)-TPD、机械强度测试、形貌表征等方法,分别考察了溶胶、盐柱溶液的性质对球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体的影响,并利用水蒸气处理过程对载体孔结构进行了优化。实验结果表明,水蒸气处理后球形Al_(2)O_(3)孔体积、比表面积均明显上升,所得球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体机械强度大于50 N,平均孔径为14.2 nm,孔体积为0.60 cm3/g,总酸量为0.189 mmol/g。 A uniform acidic sol was prepared using pseudo-boehmite produced by the carbonization method,and transformed into spherical gel through oil-salt column balling process,which was then calcined to obtain spherical Al_(2)O_(3)support.The effects of sol and salt column solution on the spherical Al_(2)O_(3)support were investigated by N_(2)adsorption-desorption,NH_(3)-TPD,mechanical strength test,and morphology characterization.Furthermore,the pore structure of the support was optimized through steam treatment.The results show that the pore volume and specific surface area of spherical alumina increase significantly after steam treatment.The resulting spherical Al_(2)O_(3)support exhibits a mechanical strength higher than 50 N,an average pore size of 14.2 nm,a pore volume of 0.60 cm3/g,and a total acid amount of 0.189 mmol/g.
