摘要
将镜铁山块矿焙烧铁矿的磁精矿磨矿产品使用双溢流旋流器进行分级,得到细溢流产品。对该细溢流产品进行反浮选条件试验,研究其在不同捕收剂用量、淀粉用量以及在团聚、分散等条件下的不同浮选特性,探索提高细粒级铁矿物精矿质量和回收率的方法。
The magnetic separation concentate products of Jingtieshan roasted lump iron ores are classified by a cyclone with double overflow tubes to obtain fine-grained overflow products.The reverse flotation condition tests are conducted on the fine-grained overflow product to study its different flotation characteristics under different dosages of collector and starch and under the conditions of flocculation and dispersion,and the methods to improve the quality and recovery of fine-grained iron mineral concentrates are explored.
