冶金矿山企业设备“三位一体”运行保障体系的研究与实践

摘要 冶金矿山企业设备“三位一体”运行保障体系是将设备、维护、点检队伍列为工作主体,以设备为核心,以点检队伍和维护队伍为主要推进因素,通过“智能监测与点检管理体系结合”、“建立运维组织统筹管理机制”、“风险评估与管控机制”三位一体精细管理,自动汇聚所有设备状态相关数据,逐步实现振动、温度、品位、电流、功率等多元化集成的“设备大数据库”功能,全面获取设备状态信息,通过设备状态监测和数据融合应用,强化设备状态掌控,实现数字化智能预测性维护管理,降低设备维护成本。 With equipment,maintenance,and inspection teams listed as the main body of the work,equipment as the core and inspection and maintenance teams as the main driving factors and through the trinity refined management of"integration of intelligent monitoring and inspection management system","establishment of operation and maintenance organization overall management mechanism",and"risk assessment and control mechanism",the"trinity"operation guarantee system for equipment in the metallurgical mine industry automatically converges all the data related to equipment status,gradually realizes the function of"equipment database"with diversified integration of vibration,temperature,grade,current,power,etc.,comprehensively obtains equipment status information,strengthens the control of equipment status through the application of equipment status monitoring and data fusion,realizes the digitized intelligent predictive maintenance management,and reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment.
