油气田用工业纯钛管道TIG焊焊接接头组织与性能研究

摘要 选用工业纯钛管道TA2、TA3进行钨极氩弧(Tungsten Inert Gas,TIG)焊接工艺研究。通过金相分析、力学性能试验和腐蚀试验,焊缝均能取得满足要求的金相组织,TA3接头的抗拉强度在室温和高温下都优于TA2。冲击试验均为韧性断裂,焊缝在硫化氢酸性环境中的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能优异,可满足油气田服役要求。 Tungsten Inert Gas(TIG)welding process is studied by using industrial pure titanium pipes TA2 and TA3.Through metallographic analysis,mechanical property test and corrosion test,the weld can obtain the required metallographic structure,and the tensile strength of TA3 joint is better than that of TA2 at both room temperature and high temperature.All the impact tests are ductile fracture,and the weld has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in acidic hydrogen sulfide environment,which meets the service requirements of oil and gas fields.
