摘要
某家天然气处理工厂的膨胀压缩机组遭遇水分侵入,导致叶轮和主轴发生腐蚀现象,严重影响了设备的正常运行。对机组进行分解检查后,提出2种维修策略:直接修复受损部件和对零部件进行国产化维修。对比分析2种修复方案的优缺点后,选择采用国产化维修方案进行机组维修,对部分部件进行国产化改造。实践证明,采用国产化维修策略修复的机组不仅在实际应用中运行良好,而且其各项性能与改造前设备相近。
The expansion compressor unit of a natural gas processing plant encountered water intrusion,resulting in corrosion of the impeller and main shaft,which seriously affected the normal operation of the equipment.After decomposing the unit,two maintenance strategies are put forward:direct repair of damaged parts and local repair of parts.After comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two repair schemes,the local maintenance scheme is selected for unit maintenance,and some parts are reformed domestically.Practice has proved that the unit repaired by the localization maintenance strategy not only runs well in practical application,but also its performance is similar to that of the equipment before transformation.
