关于巷道锚杆支护的煤矿井下掘进装备工艺研究

摘要 煤矿开采深度不断增加,地质条件日益复杂,对巷道掘进支护技术提出了更高要求。基于锚杆支护理论,围绕煤矿井下掘进装备工艺优化展开研究。通过理论分析、数值模拟以及现场工业性试验,揭示掘进支护耦合机理,研发掘锚设备协同工作新方法,攻克复杂地质条件下装备适应性不足等技术难题,形成一套切实可行的掘进装备工艺优化方案。该研究成果对提高煤矿掘进支护智能化水平和保障煤炭开采安全高效具有重要意义。 The increasing depth of coal mining and the increasingly complex geological conditions have put forward higher requirements for tunnel excavation support technology.This article is based on the theory of anchor rod support and focuses on the optimization of underground mining equipment technology in coal mines.By combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site industrial experiments,the coupling mechanism of excavation support was revealed,and a new method for collaborative work of excavation anchor equipment was developed.Technical difficulties such as insufficient adaptability of equipment under complex geological conditions were overcome,forming a practical and feasible optimization plan for excavation equipment technology.The research results are of great significance for improving the intelligence level of coal mine excavation support and ensuring the safety and efficiency of coal mining.
