电气自动化技术在热收缩膜边封包装机中的应用研究

摘要 某企业的热收缩膜包装机较为落后,缺乏连续作业和自动理料功能,并且控制精度低、包装速度慢。为了解决以上问题,采用电气自动化技术改造原设备,配备7台伺服驱动器,分别用于控制进料、拉膜、封刀、出料口等装置的传动轴。在多轴联动控制中,采取位置同步、速度同步、凸轮同步3种模式。对于自动理料功能,利用光电检测装置测定产品的位置偏差,进而修正产品的间距。经测试,包装速度从每分钟40包提升至120包。 The thermal shrink film packaging machine of an enterprise is relatively backward,lacking continuous operation and automatic material management functions,and low control accuracy and slow packaging speed.In order to solve the above problems,the electrical automation technology is used to transform the original equipment,equipped with 7 servo drives,respectively,for controlling the feed,film drawing,sealing tool,discharge port and other devices of the drive shaft.In the multi-axis linkage control,three modes of position synchronization,speed synchronization and CAM synchronization are adopted.For the automatic material management function,the position deviation of the product is determined by the photoelectric detection device,and then the spacing of the product is corrected.After testing,the packaging speed was increased from 40 packets per minute to 120 packets.
