数控机床机械设备故障诊断及维修策略研究

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展和制造强国战略的深入实施,数控机床作为现代化高精度加工设备,在制造业中具有重要的地位和作用,数控机床高效和可靠的运行性对企业高质量生产起着至关重要的作用。分析数控机床机械设备故障发生原因、规律、类型及诊断方法,进而提出科学的数控机床设备故障维修与保养策略,为数控机床机械故障诊断及维修工作提供有价值的参考。 With the rapid development of China’s economy and the in-depth implementation of the strategy of manufacturing power,CNC machine tools,as modern high-precision processing equipment,have an important position and role in the manufacturing industry,the efficient and reliable operation of CNC machine tools plays a vital role in the high-quality production of enterprises.The fault causes,rules,types and diagnosis methods of CNC machine tools,the scientific fault repair and maintenance strategy of CNC machine tools is proposed,which provides valuable reference for CNC machine tool mechanical fault diagnosis and maintenance.
