轨道车辆用6A01-T5铝合金火焰矫形数值模拟及参数敏感性分析 被引量:1

Numerical simulation and parameter sensitivity analysis of flame redressing of 6A01-T5 aluminum alloy for rail vehicles

摘要 以3 mm厚6A01-T5铝合金为研究对象,利用数值模拟方法计算火焰矫形过程中铝合金变形量,与实测值进行比较,验证数值模拟方法的可靠性。基于火焰矫形数值模拟结果,分析火焰矫形过程中的矫形温度、加热宽度以及矫形速度对6A01-T5铝合金矫形变形量的影响。结果表明,火焰矫形数值模拟计算的变形与实测值吻合,随着矫形温度和加热宽度的增加,6A01-T5铝合金矫形变形量呈现指数增加趋势,当矫形速度不大于20 mm/s时,变形量略微增加,当矫形速度超过20 mm/s后,变形量随着矫形速度的增加而减小。 A 3 mm-thick 6A01-T5 aluminum alloy is used as the research object to calculate the deformation of aluminum alloy in the process of flame redressing by numerical simulation method.The reliability of the numerical simulation method is verified by comparing with the measured values.Based on the results of numerical simulation of flame redressing operation,the effects of redressing temperature,heating width and redressing speed on the deformation of 6A01-T5 aluminum alloy during the flame redressing are analyzed.The results show that the deformation calculated through numerical simulation of the flame redressing is consistent with the measured value,and the deformation of 6A01-T5 aluminum alloy shows an exponential increase with the increase of the redressing temperature and heating width;the deformation increases slightly when the redressing speed is less than 20 mm,and decreases with the increase of the redressing speed when the redressing speed is over 20 mm/s.
