摘要
介绍了高速列车车轴先后采用EN 13261标准中1级和3级两个防护等级的涂层方案和运用中出现的问题,并进行了原因分析。为解决这些问题,着重研究利用冲击试验模拟不同损伤状态,测算对应的冲击能量;选用聚脲防护涂料,确定最低防护涂层厚度为2.5 mm的防护方案;通过相关试验及试运用验证了其有效性。
This paper introduces the coating options for EN 13261 Level 1 and Level 3 protection for the axles of high-speed trains and the problems in their application,along with an analysis of the reasons.In order to solve these problems,impact test is applied to simulate different damage states and the corresponding impact energy is measured.As a result,Polyurea protective coating with a minimum thickness of 2.5 mm is selected and its effectiveness is verified on the basis of relevant experiments and service test.
