摘要
以轨道车辆内使用广泛的玻璃钢墙板和座椅为研究对象,利用环境舱法探究了其TVOC随时间、温度及相对湿度变化的释放规律。结果表明,玻璃钢墙板和座椅中TVOC释放量随时间变化符合一阶衰减模型y=a+b×e-x/c(a,b,c为常数),相关性良好。同时,短期内(前60 h),座椅中TVOC释放量衰减幅度是玻璃钢墙板的3倍多。此外,升高温度或增加相对湿度,都可促进玻璃钢墙板和座椅中TVOC的释放,且温度对玻璃钢墙板和座椅中TVOC释放的影响要大于相对湿度对其的影响。因此,针对玻璃钢墙板和座椅的较优经济环保措施为:短时间增温、增湿的烘烤后继续室外晾放一段时间。
The paper focuses on the widely used FRP wall panels and seats in rail vehicles and explores the release patterns of TVOC varying with time,temperature and relative humidity by using the environmental chamber method.The results indicate that the release of TVOC from FRP wall panels and seats follows a first-order attenuation model y=a+b×e-x/c(a,b,c are constants)with a good correlation over time.Meanwhile,in the short term(the first 60 hours),the attenuation of TVOC release in the seats is more than three times that of FRP wall panels.In addition,the increase of temperature or relative humidity can promote the release of TVOC in FRP wall panels and seats,and the impact of temperature on TVOC release in FRP wall panels and seats is greater than that of relative humidity.Therefore,the optimal economic and environmental protection measure for FRP wall panels and seats is to continue outdoor ventilation and air drying for a period of time after a short-term temperature-humidity-increasing baking.
