基于IPA分析法的安义古村群旅游开发提升策略研究

Research on Tourism Development and Improvement Strategy of Anyi Ancient Village Group Based on IPA Analysis Method

传统村落是我国的重要文化瑰宝,不仅是乡村旅游的目的地,同时也是乡村振兴战略实施的主阵地。在系统梳理安义古村群旅游资源的基础上,通过问卷对安义古村群的旅游开发现状进行了调查,并借助IPA分析法对安义古村群的旅游开发进行了评价,最后提出了安义古村群旅游开发提升的五大策略,即挖掘古村文化内涵,推动文旅融合发展;补足旅游设施短板,提升游客满意度;引育专业技术人才,提高运营管理能力;丰富宣传推介模式,树立优质旅游形象;开发新型旅游业态,带动古村乡村振兴。

Traditional villages are important cultural treasures in China,not only the destination of rural tourism,but also the main position of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of systematically combing the tourism resources of Anyi Ancient Village Group,this paper investigates the tourism development status of Anyi Ancient Village Group through questionnaires,evaluates the tourism development of Anyi Ancient Village Group with the help of IPA analysis method,and finally puts forward five major strategies for tourism development and improvement in Anyi Ancient Village Group,namely:excavating the cultural connotation of Anyi Ancient Village,promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism,making up for the shortcomings of tourism facilities,improving tourist satisfaction,attracting professional and technical personnel,improving operation and management capabilities,enriching publicity and promotion models,and establishing a high-quality tourism image.Develop new forms of tourism and promote the revitalization of ancient villages and villages.
