直埋高温热水管道非开挖修复技术研究与应用

摘要 结合工程实例,对适用于直埋高温热水管道的非开挖修复技术(穿插内衬管法修复技术)可行性进行探讨。结合工程实例,给出内衬管外直径、材质、壁厚的确定方法。穿插不锈钢管作为内衬管,对两个管道间的空隙进行灌浆处理,对直埋高温热水管道进行非开挖修复是可行的,实际运行情况良好,达到了预期的修复效果。 Combined with the engineering example,the feasibility of the trenchless repair technology(inserting lined pipe repair technology)for the directly buried high-temperature hot water pipelines is discussed.The methods of determining outer diameter,material and wall thickness of lined pipes are given based on the engineering example.It is feasible to carry out trenchless repair of the directly buried high-temperature hot water pipelines by inserting stainless steel pipe as the lining pipe and grouting the gap between the two pipes.The actual operation is good and the expected repair effect has been achieved.
