多措并举降低水泥温度

摘要 水泥温度是水泥粉磨的重要指标。球磨机生产水泥温度高,在磨内粉磨过程中造成磨内温度高,静电吸附严重。目前主要通过添加工业副产品脱硫石膏调整凝结时间,但因温度高造成脱硫石膏脱水,水泥产生假凝,严重影响水泥质量。目前传统P·O42.5水泥市场已经饱和,各企业均通过技术研发低碱水泥,降低水泥温度;我公司为着力解决水泥温度高的问题,经调研市场发现:使用冷却器降低水泥温度效果较好,水泥温度能降低30℃左右。 Cement temperature is an important indicator of cement grinding.The temperature of cement produced by the ball mill is high,which causes high temperature inside the grinding process and severe electrostatic adsorption.At present,the setting time is mainly adjusted by adding industrial by-product desulfurization gypsum,but due to high temperature causing dehydration of desulfur-ization gypsum,cement produces false setting,seriously affecting cement quality.At present,the traditional P·O42.5 cement market has become saturated,and various enterprises have developed low alkali cement through technological research and development to re-duce cement temperature;Our company focuses on solving the problem of high cement temperature.After conducting market research,we found that using a cooler to reduce cement temperature has a good effect,and the cement temperature can be reduced by about 30℃.
