摘要
某3 200 t/d熟料生产线生料磨为MLS3626立磨系统。经过十几年运转,故障率较高,系统运行不稳定,维护量较大,为此,实施了辊压机替换改造。生料制备采用辊压机终粉磨系统替换立磨终粉磨系统后,台时产量同比增加了30%,粉磨工段电耗降低了4 kWh/t,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,为水泥企业提质增效,降耗减排,可持续发展奠定了基础。
A 3200 t/d clinker production line uses MLS3626 vertical mill system for raw material grinding.After more than a decade of operation,the failure rate is high,the system operates unstable,and the maintenance workload is large.Therefore,a roller press replace-ment transformation has been implemented.After the final grinding system of roller press was used to replace the vertical mill in raw meal preparation in cement enterprises,the hourly output increased by 30%year-on-year,and the power consumption in grinding sec-tion decreased by 4 kWh/t,which has good social and economic benefit.It laid a foundation for cement enterprises to improve the ce-ment quality and efficiency,reduce consumption and emission,and achieve sustainable development.
