新医科背景下医学院校劳动教育与专业教育融合发展的价值意蕴、问题症候与实践理路

摘要 新医科背景下,医学院校在推进劳动教育与专业教育融合发展的进程中存在重视程度不够、融合模式僵化、师资力量不强、制度不完善等亟待解决的现实问题。应采取相应措施,丰富教学内容,加强师资队伍建设,健全保障机制,进而提升医学院校劳动教育与专业教育融合发展的效果,实现医学院校立德树人根本任务。 In the context of the new medical science,there are practical problems that urgently need to be solved in the process of promoting the integration and development of labor education and professional education in medical colleges,such as insufficient at-tention,rigid integration models,weak teaching staff,and imperfect systems.Corresponding measures should be taken to enrich teach-ing content,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve guarantee mechanisms,and thereby enhance the integration and development of labor education and professional education in medical colleges,achieving the fundamental task of cultivating morality and personnel in medical colleges.
