高职护理综合实训课程思政的建设与思考

The Construction and Reflection on Ideological&Political Education in Comprehensive Practical Training Courses of Nursing in Higher Vocational Education

课程思政建设是立德树人的长效举措,必须聚焦专业课中的思政元素,融合创新,将思政工作体系贯穿课程建设全过程。护理综合实训课程思政示范课建设目前存在专业教师对课程思政认识有待提高、教育理念有待转变,课程内容体系不健全,建设路径不清,教学评价体系及教师考核机制不完善等问题。构建“三位一体、三线六序”的思政教育内容体系,“德技并修、线上线下协同、三全育人”的教育模式,“三方协同、四位一体、五维课堂”课程思政构建路径,“三方、两面、两主体”的考核评价机制,以期为同类课程建设起到示范引领作用。

The construction of Ideological&Political Education is the consistent measure to foster virtue and cultivate people.We should emphasize on the Ideological&Political elements in professional courses,embodying the Ideological&Political working sys-tem in the whole process if curriculum construction in an integration and innovation way.Problems now still exist in the construction of Ideological&Political demonstrative courses in comprehensive practical training of nursing such as teachers'insufficient cognition,unfit teaching philosophies,incomplete course systems,unclear course construction path,defective teaching evaluation system and teacher evaluation mechanism.Given that,to establish a leading and demonstrative role for other courses,we should build the Ideolog-ical&Political education system with the"three-in-one,three lines and six steps"framework,the teaching pattern of"integrating morality and skills,coordinating online and offline learning,and comprehensive students development",the construction path of Ideo-logical&Political Education of"three-party collaboration,four-in-one integration and five-dimension class",and the assessment and evaluation mechanism of"three parties,two aspects,and two main bodies".So as to play a demonstrative and leading role in the construction of similar courses.
