基于临床思维能力培养的儿科学教学实践

摘要 目的 培养学生临床思维能力,促进课程标准与职业标准对接,提升学生临床岗位胜任力。方法 以2021级临床医学专业三年制大专生为研究对象,分为两组。对照组实施传统教学,试验组实施以学生为主体、教师为主导的翻转课堂。结果 试验组理论知识测试、临床思维能力考核成绩均优于对照组,学习积极性、主动性及自学能力更强,教学满意度更高。结论 基于临床思维能力培养的儿科学教学有助于提高学生利用理论知识分析和解决问题的能力以及职业素养,学生满意度较高。 Objective To cultivate students'clinical thinking ability,align curriculum standards with professional stardard,and en-hance students'competency in clinical occupations.Methods The three-year junior college students from clinical medicine disci-pline in 2021 are selected as research objects and they are divided into control group and experimental group.Students in control group are carried out the traditional teaching method and those of in experimental group are taught in flipped class,which is students-centered and teacher-led.Results Experimental group is better than control group in terms of theoretical knowledge,clinical think-ing ability performance examination,enthusiasm motivation of study and teaching satisfaction.Conclusion Teaching practice based on the cultivation of clinical thinking ability in pediatrics department is helpful to improve students'problem-analyzing and problem-solving ability with theoretical knowledge,as well as the professional quality.Students are satisfied with the results.
