2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为与疾病感知、健康素养的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Self-care Behavior,Disease Perception and Health Literacy in Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的 调查2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为现状,分析其与疾病感知、健康素养的相关性。方法 选取2022年11月至2023年5月泰安市某三甲医院内分泌科242名2型糖尿病患者为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果 患者自我管理行为量表总分为(38.59±14.58)分,简易版疾病感知问卷总分为(38.77±9.76)分,糖尿病健康素养量表总均分为(2.61±0.69)分。多因素分析结果显示,居住地、家庭人均月收入、职业状态、治疗方式等是2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响因素(P<0.001),糖尿病自我管理行为量表总分与简易版疾病感知问卷总分呈负相关关系、与糖尿病健康素养量表总均分呈正相关关系。结论2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为处于中等偏下水平,应开展针对性健康教育,提高其健康素养与自我管理行为水平,从而提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the self-care behavior of type 2 diabetes patients,and analyze its correlation with disease per-ception and health.Methods 242 patients with type 2 diabetes from November 2022 to May 2023 in the Department of Endocrinolo-gy of a Grade-A hospital in Tai'an City were selected as the research subjects for questionnaire survey.Results The total score of the patient self-management behavior scale was(38.59±14.58),the total score of the simple version of the disease perception question-naire was(38.77±9.76),and the total average score of the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities was(2.61±0.69).The results of multivariate analysis showed that influencing factors including residence,per capital monthly income of families,occupational sta-tus,treatment methods of self-management behavior of type 2 diabetes patients(P<0.001).The total score of diabetes self-managem-ent behavior scale was negatively correlated with the total score of the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire,and positively correlated with the total average score of Health Literacy Scale.Conclusion The self-care behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes is at a low-er-middle level,and targeted health education should be started to improve their health literacy and self-care behavior,so as to im-prove their life quality.
