基于应用型人才培养的医学英语教学策略探析

Analysis on Teaching Strategies of Medical English Based on Training Practical Personnel

应用型医学英语人才属于“英语+专业”的复合型人才。在厘清应用型医学人才理念的基础上,开展医学英语教学现状分析。针对应用型人才培养中存在的问题,通过设置课程结构模块、制定课程教学目标、融入医学人文元素、构建“双线混融”教学模式、强化课外教学实践的方式改进教学策略,探讨新时代应用型医学英语人才培养路径。

Practical medical personnel know English well are compound personnel of"English+their own major".On the basis of clarifying the concept of practical medical personnel,to conduct an analysis of the status of medical English teaching.In response to the problems existing in the cultivation of practical personnel,this paper explores the path of cultivating practical medical personnel know English well in the new era by setting course structure modules,setting course teaching objectives,integrating medical humanities elements,constructing a"dual line blended"teaching model,and strengthening extracurricular teaching practices to improve teaching strategies.
