摘要
基于“1+X”证书制度,开发医养结合老年照护课程,旨在使中职护生在毕业后考取护士执业资格证的同时获得各种老年照护证书,提高就业率,亦使社会护理人员掌握更多的专业知识与技能,从而为我国培养更多的老年照护人才。
The development of elderly care course of integration of medicine and nursing based on the"1+X"certificate system aims to enable nursing students in secondary vocational school to obtain various elderly care certificates while obtaining nursing professional qualifications after graduation,improve employment rates,and enable social nursing personnel to master more professional knowledge and skills,thereby cultivating more elderly care personnel for China.
