福建省高校教学医院护理总带教教师科研能力现状及培训需求分析

Analysis on Current Scientific Research Ability and Training Needs of Nursing Chief Teachers in Teaching Hospitals of Universities in Fujian Province

调查福建省高校教学医院护理总带教教师的科研能力现状及培训需求,并探讨其影响因素。结果显示,福建省高校教学医院护理总带教教师的科研能力处于中上水平,对科研培训需求强烈。未来研究可根据护理总带教教师带教年限、职称及职务特点分层制订科研能力培训方案,早日实现以科研促教研,以教研促教学的临床护理教学目标。

To investigate nursing chief teachers'scientific research ability status and training needs in teaching hospitals in Fujian Province,and explore their influencing factors.The results show that nursing chief teachers'scientific research ability in teaching hospitals in Fujian Province is at medium-upper level,and there is a strong demand for scientific research training.Future research can develop scientific research ability training programs based on nursing chief teachers'length of teaching experience,professional titles,and job characteristics,so as to achieve the clinical nursing teaching goals of promoting teaching research by scientific research and promoting teaching by teaching research early.
