摘要
为探讨“双轨制”背景下医学专业学位研究生科研能力及科研自我效能感的现状、影响因素以及两者间的相关性,采取整群抽样法选取内蒙古医科大学2018级至2020级167名临床医学专业硕士研究生纳入研究,用医学研究生科研能力自评量表和专业学位硕士科研自我效能感问卷进行调查,并进行相关变量的一元回归分析和Pearson关系检验。研究表明,临床医学专业学位研究生科研能力和科研自我效能感两者关系密切且有提高的空间,学校及导师要充分挖掘“双轨制”模式下教学制度及培养策略的升级潜力,多途径强化专业学位研究生科研自我效能感的干预,以促进其科研能力的提高。
To explore the status,influencing factors,and correlation between the research ability and research self-efficacy of master of medicine specialist under the background of the"dual track system",cluster sampling method was used to select 167 clinical medical graduates from Inner Mongolia Medical University from 2018 to 2020.A survey was conducted with the Medical Graduate Research Ability Self Assessment Scale and the Professional Master's Degree Research Self-efficacy Questionnaire,and a univariate regression analysis and Pearson relationship test were conducted on the relevant variables.Research has shown that there is a close relationship and room for improvement between the research ability and research self-efficacy of clinical master of medicine specialist.Schools and supervisors should fully tap into the potential for upgrading the teaching system and training strategies under the"dual track system"model,and strengthen the intervention of research self-efficacy of master of medicine specialist through multiple channels to promote the improvement of their research ability.
