摘要
引导医学院校优秀毕业生到基层医疗机构就业是发展壮大基层医疗卫生人才队伍、保障居民享有基本医疗服务、促进全民健康的重要途径。本研究在文献梳理、专家咨询的基础上自制调查问卷,运用整群抽样方法,对广西2所医学院校960名本科生进行问卷调查,采用χ^(2)检验和二分类Logistic回归方法分析广西医学院校本科生基层就业意愿及影响因素,提出基层卫生人才队伍建设的建议,以期为广西医学教育改革和基层卫生服务改革提供基本参考。
Guiding outstanding graduates from medical colleges to work in grassroots medical institutions is an important way to develop and strengthen the personnel pool of grassroots medical and health care,ensure that residents enjoy basic medical services,and promote public health.Based on literature review and expert consultation,this study conducted a self-made survey questionnaire with cluster sampling method to survey 960 undergraduates from two medical colleges in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.χ^(2) test and binary logistic regression method were used to analyze the willingness and influencing factors of grassroots employment among undergraduates in medical colleges of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Suggestions for the construction of grassroots health personnel teams were proposed,so as to provide basic reference for the reform of medical education and grassroots health services in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
