广东地区不同岩性机制砂石粉含量对混凝土性能的影响

Influence of the stone powder content of manufactured sand from different lithology on concrete properties in Guangdong area

摘要 针对广东省地方标准《广东省公路工程机制砂水泥混凝土应用技术规范》(GDJTG/T B01—2017)关于混凝土机制砂石粉限值≤10%的规定,研究了花岗岩和石灰岩两种岩性机制砂石粉含量分别对C 30、C 50混凝土的工作性能、强度等影响。对于C50混凝土,两种岩性机制砂石粉含量应严格按照标准控制在10%以内;对于C30混凝土,花岗岩机制砂的石粉含量可以放宽到13%,石灰岩机制砂的石粉含量可以放宽到16%。 For the local standard of GD JTG/T B01—2017"Guangdong Provincial Highway Engineering Manufactured Sand Cement Concrete Application Technical Specification",the limit value of stone powder of manufactured sand in concrete is≤10%,the test on the stone powder content of granite and limestone manufactured sand of two kinds of lithological properties on the workability,strength and other properties of C30,C50 concrete respectively.For C50 concrete,the stone powder content of the two kinds of lithological manufactured sand should be controlled within 10%in strict accordance with the standard.For C30 concrete,the stone powder content of manufactured sand can be relaxed to 13%,and the stone powder content of manufactured sand can be relaxed to 16%.
