精准教学导向下的高职哲学教育“五维”改进策略研究

Research on the"Five-dimensional"Improvement Strategies for Philosophy Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of Precise Teaching

摘要 文章剖析了当前高职院校哲学教育存在的“虚教”“空教”“硬教”“孤教”“唯教”等现象,引入精准教学理念,通过分析高职哲学精准教学的必然性及实践体现,提出高职哲学教育“五维”优化策略。具体为:遵循“四融合”原则精准需求,打造“有用”的哲学课堂;构建“三探四向”教学模式精准施策,打造“有序”的哲学课堂;开发生活化的教学资源和案例精准路径,打造“有趣”的哲学课堂;强化情感教育与人文熏陶精准关怀,打造“有情”的哲学课堂;构建多维考核评价体系精准管理,打造“有效”的哲学课堂。五维策略联动更新教学模式,以适应当今时代对人才素质的要求,有力驱动高职哲学教育的现代化发展。 This paper dissects phenomena such as"superficial teaching,""empty teaching,""rigid teaching,""isolated teaching,"and"theory-exclusive teaching"which are prevalent in current philosophy education in higher vocational colleges.It then introduces the concept of precise teaching,analyzes the inevitability and practical manifestations of precise teaching in philosophy education in higher vocational colleges,and proposes"five-dimensional"optimization strategies.Specifically,the strategies include:adhering to the"four integration"principles to meet precise needs and creating a"useful"philosophy classroom;constructing a"three exploratory and four directional"teaching model with precise measures and establishing an"orderly"philosophy classroom;developing close-to-life teaching resources and cases with precise pathways and fostering an"interesting"philosophy classroom;reinforcing emotional education and humanistic cultivation with precise care and cultivating an"empathetic"philosophy classroom;and establishing a multidimensional assessment and evaluation system with precise management and forging an"effective"philosophy classroom.The"five-dimensional"improvement strategies are interlinked in renewing the teaching mode,with the purpose of meeting the demands of talents'quality in contemporary era and driving the modern development of philosophy education vigorously in higher vocational colleges.
