高质量发展视域下的高职院校学生职业道德教育教学研究

A High Quality Development Perspective to Professional Ethics Education for Higher Vocational College Students

职业道德教育不仅影响高质量发展,更对中国新质生产力发展乃至中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”具有深远的影响。针对高职院校职业道德教育存在氛围不足、专属师资力量较薄弱,方式陈旧、教学内容方法偏滞后,评价单一、质量保障体系待加强等问题,结合高职院校学生特点,从教育空间、教育形式、评价方式三个方面提出高职院校职业道德教育的对策与建议,为高质量发展提供支撑。

Professional ethics education not only affects the high-quality development,but also has a profound impact on the development of China's new productive forces and even the realization of"Chinese Dream"of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In consideration of ethics education problems in higher vocational colleges such as insufficient atmosphere,weak exclusive teachers,outdated teaching mode,lagging teaching contents and methods,single evaluation and impotent quality assurance system,this paper,based on the characteristics of students,proposes countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of education space,education form and evaluation approach,with the hope of providing support for high-quality development.
