学礼视域下高校校训文化量化考察与启示

Quantitative Investigation and Enlightenment of University Motto Culture from the Perspective of Academic Etiquette

儒家以学礼构建了传统教育的规范、秩序和愿景。通过对500所高校校训文本进行词频分析发现:传统学礼为中国特色校园文化建设提供了学理支持,具体表现在我国高校校训多出自《礼记》《论语》《易经》《周易》《老子》经史中学理金句名言,重点继承了“厚德”“博学”学理,多以“立德”为核心、兼具学科文化特色。我国高校虽然在校训文化中凝练了传统学礼的“德”与“学”,但仍需将此精神进一步渗透至教育实践肌理之中,使其真正成为铸魂育人的生动力量。研究回望传统学礼,读其文、观其形、受其教、行其道,将传统学礼现代化、空间化、实体化、情境化,以“体验”为核心,知学礼以立德、行学仪正学风,探寻学礼文化进校园的建设路径。

The Confucian tradition has constructed the norms,order,and vision of traditional education through the study of etiquette.Through a word frequency analysis of the school motto texts of 500 universities,it has been discovered that traditional etiquette studies provide theoretical support for the construction of Chinese-characteristic campus culture.Specifically,the school mottoes of Chinese universities often draw from the theoretical golden sayings and famous quotes from the classics such as The Book of Rites,The Analects of Confucius,The Book of Changes,The Book of Zhouyi,and Laozi.They mainly inherit the theories of"cultivating virtue"and"extensive learning"with"cultivating virtue"as the core,and with disciplinary and cultural characteristics.Although Chinese universities have condensed the"virtue"and"learning"of traditional etiquette into their school motto culture,there is still a need to further integrate this spirit into the texture of educational practice,making it truly a vivid force in cultivating the soul and nurturing individuals.By reviewing traditional etiquette,reading its texts,observing its forms,receiving its teachings,and following its principles,we aim to modernize,spatialize,materialize,and contextualize traditional etiquette studies.With"experience"as the core,we aim to understand how learning etiquette cultivates virtue and how practicing etiquette shapes the ethos.Furthermore,we explore the construction path of introducing etiquette culture into campuses.
