围术期童趣化与舒适干预对斜视矫正手术患儿心理应激的影响

Influence of the perioperative enjoyment of children and comfort interventions on psychological stress in children undergoing strabismus surgery

目的探讨小儿斜视矫正手术围术期同时行舒适干预、童趣化干预的临床效果及作用。方法选取2022年2月至2023年3月在宿迁市第一人民医院(江苏省人民医院宿迁分院)接受手术治疗的180例斜视患儿随机分为常规组和干预组,每组90例。常规组患儿给予常规围术期干预,干预组再加行童趣化联合舒适干预。观察患儿、家属心理应激情况及患儿治疗配合度等。结果干预后干预组患儿SCARED评分、家属SAS、SDS评分比较常规组均显著降低(P<0.05);干预组患儿治疗配合优良率为94.44%,比常规组(83.33%)显著更高(P<0.05);干预组家属护理满意度评分比常规组均显著更高(P<0.05)。结论小儿斜视矫正手术围术期在常规护理基础上同时再给予患儿童趣化联合舒适干预,能够有效减轻患儿及家属的应激反应,明显提高患儿治疗配合度,有助于获得更好的治疗效果和提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the perioperative enjoyment of children and comfort interventions on children undergoing strabismus surgery.Methods A total of 180 children with strabismus who received surgical treatment in Suqian First Hospital(Suqian Hospital,Jiangsu Province Hospital)from February 2022 to March 2023 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group,with 90 cases peRgroup.Routine perioperative interventions were applied to all enrolled children,and those in the intervention group were additionally managed by the perioperative enjoyment of children and comfort interventions.The psychological stress of the children and theiRfamilies and the degree of cooperation in treatment were observed.Results AfteRthe intervention,the Screen foRChild Anxiety-Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)score of children and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of parents in the intervention group were significantly loweRthan those of control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment cooperation in the intervention group was significantly higheRthan that of control group(94.44%vs 83.33%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the intervention group was significantly higheRthan that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing combined with perioperative enjoyment of children and comfort interventions can effectively reduce the stress response of children and theiRfamilies,significantly improve the degree of treatment cooperation,and obtain betteRtreatment effect and nursing satisfaction in children undergoing strabismus surgery.
