“物联网+”智能分层测配注水系统应用

摘要 传统人工上井测调方式存在野外作业环境恶劣、操作复杂、测调配成功率低、周期长、配注不合理、无效注水多、耗能多、人工成本高、安全隐患多等问题。针对上述难题,依托油田内部网络SCADA系统,采用远程采集控制终端(RTU),对接应用波码通信数字式分注技术,联合研发“物联网+”智能分层测配注水系统。2021年在邵家油田现场应用,根据每层油层注水需要,调整水嘴开度,减少无效注水,增加原油产量,降低注水单耗。年获经济效益891.95万元。实现精细分层注水后,注入井分层测调工艺向物联网人工智能方面转变,升级换代到无人化、全自动智能测调方式,大幅提升工作效率,改善工作环境。 There are many problems in the traditional manual logging and regulation method,such as bad field working environment,complex operation,low success rate,long period,unreasonable injection,more ineffective water injection,more energy consumption,high labor cost,more hidden safety hazards and so on.In order to solve the above problems,by relying on the SCADA system of oilfield internal network,adopting the remote terminal unit(RTU),docking and applying the wave code communication digital injection technology,the water injection system of intelligent layered measurement and distribution for“Internet of Things+”has been jointly developed.In 2021,it was applied on site in Shaojia oilfield.According to the water injection needs at each oil layers,it can not only adjust the opening degree of water nozzles and reduce ineffective water injection,but also increase crude oil production and reduce the unit consumption of water injection,obtaining an annual economic benefit of 8919500 yuan.After realizing fine layered water injection,the layering measurement and adjustment process of the injection well has been transformed towards the artificial intelligence aspect of the Internet of Things,and upgraded to unmanned and fully automatic intelligent measurement and regulation mode,which greatly improves the work efficiency and the working environment.
