芍药甘草汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Shaoyaogancao-tang in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的系统评价芍药甘草汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed、Embase及MEDLINE数据库公开报道的关于芍药甘草汤加减治疗DPN的随机对照试验(RCTs),时间截止为2023年7月5日,采用Revman 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果经过筛选共纳入5篇RCTs,Meta分析结果如下:两组总有效率比较[OR=4.60,95%CI为2.10-10.08,Z=3.81,P=0.0001];两组腓总神经MNCV比较[MD=2.55,95%CI(1.34,3.75),Z=4.14,P<0.0001];两组腓总神经SNCV比较[MD=2.41,95%CI(0.43,4.40),Z=2.38,P=0.02]。结论芍药甘草汤加减治疗DPN可有效提高患者的总有效率,改善神经传导速度。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of shaoyaogancao-tang in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on shaoyaogancao-tang in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were conducted by searching the China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,PubMed,Embase,and MEDLINE databases as of July 5,2023 Day.Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.4 software.Results A total of 5 RCTs were included,and the results of meta-analysis were as follows:the total effective rate of the two groups was compared(OR=4.60,95%CI(2.10-10.08),Z=3.81,P=0.0001).The MNCV of common peroneal nerve between the two groups was compared[MD=2.55,95%CI(1.34,3.75),Z=4.14,P<0.0001].The of SNCV of common peroneal nerve between the two groups was compared[MD=2.41,95%CI(0.43,4.40),Z=2.38,P=0.02].Conclusion Shaoyaogancao-tang can effectively improve the total effective rate and nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
