脱细胞异体真皮联合自体刃厚皮移植修复功能部位创面中的应用效果

The Effect of Decellularized Allogeneic Dermis Combined with Autologous Bladed Thick Skin Graft in Repairing Functional Site Wounds

摘要 目的探讨脱细胞异体真皮联合自体刃厚皮移植修复功能部位创面中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年1月-2023年12月在皖南医学院第一附属医院收治的功能部位创面患者86例临床资料,依据创面修复方法不同进行分组,即采用脱细胞异体真皮联合自体刃厚皮移植修复的患者40例纳入A组,采用单纯自体刃厚皮移植修复的患者46例纳入B组。比较两组并发症发生情况、拆包时间、住院时间、皮片存活率、VSS评分以及患者满意度评分。结果A组拆包时间、住院时间均明显短于B组(P<0.05),A组VSS评分明显低于B组(P<0.05),A组满意度明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论脱细胞异体真皮联合自体刃厚皮移植修复功能部位创面效果更好,可更快促进患者功能部位恢复,促进瘢痕愈合,还可提高患者满意度。 Objective To investigate the application effect of decellularized allogeneic dermis combined with autologous bladed thick skin graft in repairing functional site wounds.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with functional site wounds admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively reviewed.The patients were grouped according to the different wound repair methods,i.e.,40 patients who were repaired with decellularized allogeneic dermis combined with autologous blade thick skin graft were included in Group A,and 46 patients who were repaired with autologous blade thick skin graft alone were included in Group B.The occurrence of complications,debridement time,hospitalization time,skin graft survival rate,VSS score,and patient satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Result The debridement and hospitalization time of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B(P<0.05),the VSS score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The decellularized allogeneic dermis combined with autologous bladed thick skin graft has better effect on repairing functional site wounds,which can promote functional site recovery of patients faster,improve scar healing and patients’satisfaction.
