液冷数据中心硬件系统集成技术方案探讨

Exploration of hardware system integration technology for liquid cooled data centers

摘要 在国家不断推进绿色低碳战略背景下,为应对数据中心设备热密度不断提高的问题,液冷技术顺势而上。其改善了传统ICT硬件设备散热形式,并凭借高可靠和低能耗等优势,逐步推广到当前的数据中心建设中,随之而来也对数据中心硬件系统集成提出了新的要求。本文介绍了主流液冷技术路线,通过分析传统数据中心硬件集成方案,提出冷板式液冷场景下数据中心硬件系统集成技术方案研究思路,形成标准的、可执行的硬件系统集成作业模式。 Against the backdrop of the country's continuous promotion of green and low-carbon strategies,liquid cooling technology has taken advantage to address the issue of increasing heat density of data center equipment.It improves the traditional ICT hardware equipment heat dissipation form and gradually promotes it to the current data center construction with advantages such as high reliability and low energy consumption,which also puts forward new requirements for data center hardware system integration.This article introduces the mainstream liquid cooling technology route and proposes a research approach for data center hardware system integration technology in the cold plate liquid cooling scenario by analyzing traditional data center hardware integration solutions,and forms a standard and executable hardware system integration operation mode.
