基于Topsis熵权的5G无线资源配置两步法评价模型研究

摘要 面向运营商价值建网和精准建设等现实挑战,本文结合熵权法合理赋权与Topsis定量评价测算,锚定市场、网络、精准、协同和效益等视角,辅以经济、人口和竞对等外部因素,提出基于Topsis熵权的5G无线资源两步法评估模型,尝试为网络资源全面评估和决策提供一种思路和方法。通过样本数据试验,本模型可较为合理地将被评估对象予以区分。 In the face of practical challenges such as value network construction and accurate construction of operators,this paper combines reasonable empowerment of entropy weight method with Topsis quantitative evaluation and calculation,anchors market,network,precision,synergy,efficiency and other perspectives,and is supplemented by external factors such as economy,population and competitive parity,and proposes a two-step allocation model of 5G wireless resources based on Topsis entropy weight.Try to provide some ideas and methods for comprehensive evaluation and decision-making of network resources.Through sample data experiments,this model can reasonably distinguish the evaluated objects.
