大数据背景下营商环境影响因素矩阵关系研究

营商环境是一个涉及社会经济发展活动的复杂系统,是激活社会经济发展的基础,也是企业生存发展的土壤,是由影响企业一切经营活动效果、效率的各因素组成,包括政务、市场、制度、社会环境等。本文基于大数据背景,探讨了营商环境因素影响的因子邻接矩阵研究。通过数据收集、特征提取、机器学习算法等方法,建立因子邻接矩阵,分析营商环境因素之间的关联和影响程度。论文提出结合机器学习算法在大数据背景下建模的创新点,并对其优势和不足进行了深入分析。最后,根据研究结果,提出了优化营商环境和政策制定的政策建议,以推动经济发展和社会进步。

The business environment is a complex system that involves social and economic development activities.It is the basis for activating social and economic development.It is also a soil for the survival and development of enterprises.It is composed of various factors affecting all factors and efficiency of the enterprise,including government affairs,markets,markets,System,social environment,etc.Based on the big data background,this thesis explores the factors of factor adjacent matrix of the factors impact of business environment.Through data collection,feature extraction,machine learning algorithm and other methods to establish factor adjacent matrix,analyze the degree of correlation and influence between business environment factors.The paper proposes the innovation point of modeling combined with machine learning algorithms in the background of big data,and conducts an in-depth analysis of its advantages and lack.Finally,according to the results of the research,policy recommendations for optimizing the business environment and policy formulation were proposed to promote economic development and social progress.
