Strategies for state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation of hyperthyroidism

借鉴现代甲状腺功能亢进症的生理病理等医学认识,结合甲状腺功能亢进症的临床诊疗特征等,基于传统中医思维,以态靶辨治理论为指导,重新认识甲状腺功能亢进症,构建现代中医诊疗体系。根据甲亢(瘿气)的疾病发展演变态势,可概括为郁、火、虚三个阶段,治疗以态靶结合,态下分证,随病机变化施以疏肝散郁,或清泄火热,或益气养阴等,重视靶方靶药与现代药理研究的结合应用,精准用药。

By drawing on the physiological and pathological medical knowledge of modern hyperthyroidism,combined with the clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics of hyperthyroidism,based on traditional Chinese medicine thinking,and guided by the theory of state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation,hyperthyroidism has been re-recognized,and the modern Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment system has been construced.According to the development and evolution trend of hyperthyroidism(goiter qi),it can be summarized into three stages,namely depression,fire and deficiency.The treatment should be based on the combination of state and target,and the symptoms and signs of the disease are classified and distinguished in detail under state;And according to the changes of the pathogenesis of the disease,treatment methods such as dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,eliminating heat and purging fire,and benefiting qi and nourishing yin should be adopted;Moreover,the combination of targeted durgs and targeted prescriptions and modern pharmacological research is valued for precise drug use.
