摘要
智能技术在生产端应用能否有效提高生产效率,关系到产业结构升级与经济高质量发展的实现。基于人工智能新兴基础设施属性的通用技术特性,本文通过理论分析并利用IFR数据构建工业机器人渗透度指标,考察人工智能应用对中国各省产业结构升级效应影响效果及具体作用渠道。研究发现,生产智能化转型能显著促进地区产业结构高级化发展,但对合理化发展起到抑制作用。机制分析发现,生产智能化通过提高人力资本水平以及企业创新能力,对产业结构高级化产生正向影响,但对合理化水平影响并不显著。研究从企业创新以及人力资本水平视角揭示了生产智能化对产业结构升级的作用方向及机制,为智能化生产地区通过增强企业创新能力以及人力资本水平来提升地区产业结构转型升级,实现经济高质量发展提供一定的建议。
Whether the application of intelligent technologies in production can effectively improve production efficiency is related to the realization of industrial structural upgrading and high-quality economic development.Based on the general technological characteristics of artificial intelligence as an emerging basic infrastructure,this paper constructs an industrial robot density index through theoretical analysis and by using IFR data and examines the effects and their specific channels of artificial intelligence application on industrial structural upgrading across provinces in China.The research findings reveal that the intelligent transformation of production significantly promotes the advanced upgrading of regional industrial structures,but inhibits rationalization development.Mechanism analysis indicates that production intelligence positively influences advanced upgrading of industrial structures by enhancing human capital levels and corporate innovation capabilities,but its impact on rationalization levels is insignificant.From the perspectives of corporate innovation and human capital levels,this study reveals the influencing direction and mechanisms of production intelligence on industrial structural upgrading.It provides suggestions for regions undergoing intelligent production transformation to improve regional industrial structural upgrading and achieve high-quality economic development by enhancing corporate innovation capabilities and human capital levels.
