新型聚氨酯注浆材料的研制及其在煤层防治水中的应用

摘要 为了降低聚氨酯注浆材料的成本,以纳米改性剂CAG-1为无机填料,将其与聚醚多元醇PTMG、甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯TCPP和甲基膦酸二甲酯DMMP相结合,以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,柠檬酸为缓凝剂,研制出了一种新型聚氨酯注浆材料,并考察了纳米改性剂CAG-1对新型聚氨酯注浆材料性能的影响。研究结果表明,纳米改性剂CAG-1的质量分数越大,新型聚氨酯注浆材料的密度、黏度和不挥发物含量越大,凝胶时间和包水性越长,发泡率和遇水膨胀率越小,抗压强度则随着CAG-1质量分数的增大先升高后降低,推荐CAG-1的最佳质量分数为5%,此时制备的新型聚氨酯注浆材料综合性能较好。现场应用结果表明,5口矿井采用新型聚氨酯注浆材料进行分流注浆堵水措施后均取得了良好的堵水效果,堵水率均达到90%以上,涌水量显著下降,应用效果较好。 In order to reduce the cost of polyurethane grouting material,nano modifier CAG-1 was used as inorganic filler,combined with polyether polyol PTMG,toluene diisocyanate TDI,diphenylmethane diisocyanate MDI,tris(2-chloropropyl)phosphate TCPP,and dimethyl methylphosphonate DMMP.A new type of polyurethane grouting material was developed using stannous octanoate as catalyst and citric acid as retarder,and the effect of nano modifier CAG-1 on the performance of a new polyurethane grouting material was investigated.The results show that the higher the mass fraction of nano modifier CAG-1 is,the greater the density,viscosity and nonvolatile content of the new polyurethane grouting material are,the longer the gel time and water inclusion property are,the smaller the foaming rate and water swelling rate are,and the compressive strength"first rises and then decreases"with the increase of the mass fraction of CAG-1.The best mass fraction of CAG-1 is recommended to be 5%.At this time,the new polyurethane grouting material prepared has good comprehensive performance.The on-site application results show that the use of new polyurethane grouting materials for diversion grouting and water blocking measures in 5 coal mine wells has achieved good water blocking effects,with water blocking rates reaching over 90%and a significant decrease in water inflow.The application effect is good.
