基于PLC的矿用转载机控制系统设计与实现

摘要 我国煤炭产量逐年上升,掘进开拓工作量增加导致煤矸石产生量也随之增大,需要对矸石进行集中处理,统一调度和快速装运。煤矿现有条件下,大多采用的方法具有运量小、劳动效率低、不适合机械化连续作业等缺点。针对煤矿巷道有限的条件,要做到矸石等物料的连续装车转载,实现全自动化,不仅需要解决自动推送的问题,而且需要解决自动分装矸石以及控制的难题,并协调各个部件相互之间动作,才能实现连续的自动化作业。为此,设计开发了基于S7-200PLC的自动转载机控制系统,利用自控系统硬件与软件的结合,实现矿料的自动转载运输。研究对推动煤矿企业的机械化、自动化、信息化、智能化发展,构建绿色矿山、智慧矿山建设具有积极意义。 China′s coal production has been increasing year by year,and the increase in excavation and development workload has led to an increase in the production of coal gangue.Centralized processing,unified scheduling,and rapid shipment of gangue are required.Under the existing conditions of coal mines,most of the methods used have disadvantages such as small transportation volume,low labor efficiency,and are not suitable for mechanized continuous operation.The limited conditions of coal mine roadways require the continuous loading and transfer of materials such as gangue to achieve full automation.It is not only necessary to solve the problem of automatic pushing,but also to solve the problem of automatic loading and control of gangue.It is necessary to coordinate the actions of various components to achieve continuous automation operations.For this purpose,an automatic transfer machine control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC was designed and developed.By combining the hardware and software of the automatic control system,the automatic transfer and transportation of ore materials can be achieved.It has positive significance in promoting the mechanization,automation,informatization,and intelligent development of coal mining enterprises,and in building green and smart mines.
