摘要
针对永磁同步电动机转子冲片强度分析,应用有限元法仿真计算电机转子冲片强度,建立基于FKM强度准则的冲片局部应力超屈服状态下的静强度评估方法。结果表明,基于线弹性有限元分析的局部应力计算值超屈服后,转子冲片仍具备一定承载能力。基于FKM强度准则的静强度评估方法可有效评估转子冲片局部应力超屈服强度下的安全裕量,为永磁电机冲片强度设计提供参考。
The finite element method was used to simulate and analyze the strength of rotor lamination,and a static strength evaluation method based on FKM strength evaluation criterion was established under the condition of local stress over-yield of rotor lamination.The results show that the rotor lamination still maintains a certain load bearing capacity after the local stress calculation value based on the linear elastic finite element analysis is over-yielded.The static strength evaluation method based on the FKM strength criterion can effectively evaluate the safety margin under the local stress exceeding the yield strength,and provide a reference for the strength design of the rotor lamination of the permanent magnet motor.
