我国跨境电商企业创新绩效提升组态路径研究——基于模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)

Research on the Grouping Path of China’s Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises’Innovation Performance Improvement:Based on Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)

为促进跨境电商企业的创新发展,基于资源基础理论和资源依赖理论,以142家跨境电商企业为研究样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,从企业内部资源与外部环境出发,研究跨境电商企业创新绩效的组态路径和作用机制。研究结果表明:我国跨境电商企业产生高创新绩效的路径有两条,即人财-竞争并重型和竞争-财力并重型,产生非高创新绩效的路径有3条;通过对组态路径的分析发现,财力资源、人力资源和企业竞争地位在促进跨境电商企业创新绩效中具有重要作用。研究结论有助于深化对多要素配置下企业创新绩效复杂影响机制的认识,并为跨境电商企业提升创新绩效提供借鉴。

In order to promote the innovation development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,based on the resource-based theory and resource-dependence theory,142 cross-border e-commerce enterprises are taken as the research samples,and the fsQCA method is applied to study the grouping paths and the mechanism of the innovation performance of cross-border e-commerce enterprises from the level of the enterprise’s internal resources and external environment.The results of the study show that there are two paths that generate high innovation performance of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,i.e.,the human-financial-competitive parallel and the competitive-financial parallel,and there are three paths of non-high innovation performance;through the analysis of the grouping paths,it is found that the financial resources,human resources,and the competitive position of the enterprise play an important role in promoting the innovation performance of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.The research conclusions and insights help to deepen the understanding of the complex influence mechanism of enterprise innovation performance under multi-factor allocation,and provide some lessons for the improvement of innovation performance of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
