我国城市养老设施的空间布局研究进展

Research Progress on the Spatial Layout of Urban Elderly Care Facilities in China

随着我国人口老龄化愈发严重,探究养老设施空间布局是解决城市养老设施规划问题的关键。目前我国关于城市养老设施空间布局的研究处于综合发展阶段。在辨析我国相关规划标准以及文献中所提到的养老设施概念的基础上,探究我国养老设施研究热点的变迁,以期把握养老设施空间布局的发展历程,进而基于规划策略、供需关系现状、设施类型划分三个方面对国内文献进行整理归纳,发掘现有研究在老年人主体特征、多学科系统化融合及设施概念分类方面仍需探索。

With the aging of China's population,exploring the spatial layout of elderly care facilities is the key to solving the planning problem of urban elderly care facilities.At present,the research on the spatial layout of urban pension facilities in China is in the stage of comprehensive development.On the basis of identifying the relevant planning standards in China and the concept of elderly care facilities mentioned in the literature,this paper explores the changes of the research hot spots of elderly care facilities in China,in order to grasp the development process of the spatial layout of elderly care facilities,and then sorts out and summarizes the domestic literature based on three aspects:planning strategy,supply and demand relationship,and facility type division,and explores the existing research in terms of the main characteristics of the elderly,multidisciplinary systematic integration and facility concept classification.
