基于城市韧性视角的衢州市城市体检社会满意度调查分析

Analysis on the Social Satisfaction Survey for Urban Physical Examination of Quzhou based on the Perspective of Urban Resilience

近年来,城市重大灾害事件频发,韧性城市这种新型有效的治理理念应运而生。城市体检作为一种检测问题并实现高质量发展的重要手段,可进一步引导对城市安全韧性的关注。基于此,文章聚焦城市韧性,在已有城市体检评估指标体系的基础上,基于广义城市韧性概念,构建六大城市韧性指标体系,开展2022年衢州市城市体检社会满意度调查分析,通过指标数据对应的韧性关注点分析,探究衢州市中心城区包含生态韧性、制度韧性等六个方面的韧性指标满意度差异,并有针对性地提出提高衢州城市韧性的对策建议,推动衢州人居环境的高质量发展。

In recent years,a new and effective governance concept of resilient cities has emerged since significant urban disasters occur frequently.Urban physical examination,as an important means to achieve high-quality development,usually can further guide the attention of urban safety resilience.Since above all,urban resilience was focused in this paper.Based on the existing city physical examination evaluation system and the concept of generalized urban resilience,six indicators system of urban resilience was built.Social satisfaction survey for urban physical examination of Quzhou in 2022 was analysed.Through the analysis of resilience concerns corresponding to the index data,the satisfaction difference of resilience indicators in six aspects in central urban area of Quzhou was explored,including ecological resilience and institutional resilience.And countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to improve the urban resilience of Quzhou and to promote the high-quality development of living environment in Quzhou.
