摘要
目前在建筑施工领域,普通结构抗震变形缝的预留宽度通常控制在50~500mm,当抗震变形缝的变形量大于500mm时,尚无标准的构造作法。依托北京大兴国际机场航站楼800mm宽抗震变形缝的特点,基于传统变形缝构造,在其基础上进行深化设计,将整个变形缝划分为阻火防水系统、滑移钢箱系统、定型装饰系统,在结构变形时,通过钢箱与结构间的相对平移来消耗变形量,满足在外力震动作用下设计要求的变形需求,上部装饰部分采用定制成品变形缝放置于滑动钢箱两侧,满足变形缝日常温度变形量的需求,解决了超宽地面抗震变形缝施工难题,并取得了良好的应用效果。
At present,the reserved width of anti-seismic deformation joint of common structure is usually controlled at 50~500 mm in the field of building construction.When the deformation of anti-seismic deformation joint is greater than 500 mm,there is no standard construction practice Based on the characteristics of the 800 mm wide anti-seismic deformation joint in the terminal building of Beijing Daxing International Airport,scientific research is carried out,the whole deformation seam is divided into fireproof and waterproof system,sliding steel box system and fixed-shape decoration system,the upper part of the decoration is placed on the two sides of the sliding steel box,which meets the requirement of the daily temperature deformation of the deformation seam,the construction problem of anti-seismic deformation joint on ultra-wide ground is solved,and good application effect is obtained.
