超宽地面抗震变形缝施工技术

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF SUPER WIDE GROUND SEISMIC DEFORMATION JOINT

目前在建筑施工领域,普通结构抗震变形缝的预留宽度通常控制在50~500mm,当抗震变形缝的变形量大于500mm时,尚无标准的构造作法。依托北京大兴国际机场航站楼800mm宽抗震变形缝的特点,基于传统变形缝构造,在其基础上进行深化设计,将整个变形缝划分为阻火防水系统、滑移钢箱系统、定型装饰系统,在结构变形时,通过钢箱与结构间的相对平移来消耗变形量,满足在外力震动作用下设计要求的变形需求,上部装饰部分采用定制成品变形缝放置于滑动钢箱两侧,满足变形缝日常温度变形量的需求,解决了超宽地面抗震变形缝施工难题,并取得了良好的应用效果。
