摘要
预拌流态固化土具有强度低且可控、匀质性和施工性能较好、经济成本较低等特点,结合实际情况,选择水泥和石粉作为固化剂,再生砂作为骨料,设计出24h实体表面可上人行走、28d强度不高于1.0MPa的预拌流态固化土配合比。配合比设计存在一定不确定性,在生产应用中应不断积累经验。
Ready-mixed fluidized stabilized soil has low strength and controllable,good homogeneity,excellent construction performance,low economic cost,is a supplement to the existing ready-mixed concrete,because of its composition material and the field situation closely,varied,mix design uncertainty,should accumulate experience in production application,promote the use of ready-mixed fluidized stabilized soil.
