玄武岩/聚丙烯复掺纤维对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 为研究玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响,分别对不同纤维掺量(体积掺量:0.04%、0.08%、0.12%、0.16%)的混凝土进行抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和抗韧性能试验,并以同样掺量玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维作为对照组。试验结果表明,单掺或复掺纤维对混凝土抗压强度效果不显著,但可明显改善混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和抗弯韧性,且复掺纤维的提升效果明显高于单掺纤维,结合复掺纤维对混凝土各方面性能的影响趋势,建议复掺纤维用量为0.12%。 In order to study the eff ects of basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,and toughness tests were conducted on concrete with diff erent fiber dosages(volume dosages:0.04%,0.08%,0.12%,0.16%),and basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber were used as control groups with the same dosages.The experimental results show that the eff ect of single or composite fibers on the compressive strength of concrete is not significant,but it can significantly improve the splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,and flexural toughness of concrete.Moreover,the improvement eff ect of composite fibers is significantly higher than that of single fibers.Considering the trend of the influence of composite fibers on various properties of concrete,it is recommended to use 0.12%composite fibers.
