摘要
学位授予标准是研究生培养质量的重要衡量指标,是反映教育评价改革成效的重要参考,高等学校应在国家指导要求下制定规范的学位授予标准。本研究通过政策梳理,指出学位授予标准要体现立德树人根本任务要求和学位授予程序的合法合规性。笔者从思想品行、培养过程和能力水平三个维度出发,结合兰州大学的管理实践,提出新时代学术学位和专业学位的授予标准框架,并以学位论文为主体申请依据、以多种形式的成果来体现学位论文的创新性,给出有效解决学位申请过程中“唯论文”等不科学评价导向的方法。
As a more important measurable indicator of postgraduate education,degree-granting standard is a significant factor which can reflect the effectiveness of educational evaluation reform.Colleges and universities shall establish disciplines for degree-granting standard under the guidance of our government.Through policy reviewing,this study points out that the degree-granting standard should mirror the fundamental missions of cultivating people by virtue and legal compliance of the degree-granting procedures.From the point of view of conducts,cultivating process and capacity,the author puts forwards the framework of degree-granting standard for both academic and professional degrees in the new era based on management practices in Lanzhou University.Therefore,on the basis of dissertation application,this study presents innovative ideas about dissertations embodied in various achievements and offers approaches to solving the unscientific evaluation orientation such as"only papers"in the process of degree application.
