具有天棚阻尼控制的准零刚度座椅悬架系统隔振性能研究

摘要 为改善开关型天棚阻尼控制策略在车辆半主动悬架控制中的应用效果,以车辆座椅悬架系统为研究对象,首先建立了具有负刚度结构的三自由度1/4车辆动力学模型,根据悬架系统动力学方程采用Matlab/Simulink搭建了其半主动控制系统仿真模型,同时对非线性控制系统的时域和频域响应进行了仿真分析,研究了负刚度结构参数对天棚阻尼控制系统的影响。结果表明:天棚阻尼控制准零刚度座椅悬架系统的综合性能目标函数比天棚阻尼控制座椅悬架系统降低了26%,比被动式座椅悬架系统降低了38%,说明其隔振效果具有明显优势。本研究确定了天棚阻尼系数的最优解,改善了车辆的操纵稳定性、运行平稳性和乘坐舒适性。 In order to improve the application performance of switching canopy damping control strategy in vehicle semi-active suspension control,taking the vehicle seat suspension system as the research object,a three-degree-of-freedom 1/4 vehicle dynamics model with negative stiffness structure is established,and its semi-active control system simulation model is constructed by using Matlab/Simulink according to the suspension system dynamics equation.At the same time,the response of nonlinear control system in time domain and frequency domain is simulated and analyzed,and then the influence of negative stiffness structure parameters on the sky-hook damper control system is studied.The results show that the comprehensive performance objective function of the sky-hook damper control quasi-zero stiffness seat suspension system is 26%lower than that of the sky-hook damper control seat suspension system and 38%lower than that of the passive seat suspension system,which shows that its vibration isolation performance has obvious advantages.This research determines the optimal solution of the canopy damping coefficient,which improves the maneuvering stability,smoothness of operation and ride comfort of the vehicle.
